Fort Worth, TX — Mandy Adcock, RN, has been named chief nursing officer (CNO) of Medical City Fort Worth, starting Oct. 1.
As CNO, Adcock will lead nursing operations, education and professional development, clinical quality, and patient experience. She will also provide strategic direction to support nurses and advance high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the hospital.

Adcock brings more than 20 years of nursing experience and a proven record of building teams, improving operations and advancing clinical excellence. She most recently served as assistant chief nursing officer at Medical City Plano, where she provided executive oversight for critical care, progressive care and nursing operations. She also contributed to the hospital’s Magnet documentation, among other accomplishments.
Adcock earned a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Nazarene University. She is board certified as an advanced nurse executive by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
